To assist the teachers in NSYSU to provide a more complete learning situation in teaching academic, experiment and internship lessons, and to let the teaching assistants make the best use of their expertise through professional TA training to help the teachers teach the lessons, NSYSU set the "TA Training and Evaluation Methods" and started enforcing it in the 2007 school year. Based on the TA Evaluation Methods, the TA with outstanding performance will be praised and the TA with poor performance will be replaced.
